Life Sciences infrastructure showcase

Neovantage Innovation Park, the largest private owner and operator of life sciences infrastructure in South Asia, marked a significant presence at BioAsia 2025, Asia's premier life science convention held at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre. The event brought together senior government officials, global industry leaders, and institutional investors to deliberate on the future of India's life sciences ecosystem — and Neovantage played a central role in that dialogue.

Over four days of programming, the Neovantage delegation engaged with over 200 senior stakeholders across government, industry, and academia, presenting its campus expansion

Ministerial Visit and Industry Delegation

The BioAsia platform provided a high-visibility stage for Neovantage to demonstrate its role in South Asia's growing life sciences infrastructure landscape. A delegation from the Telangana State Government, led by the Minister for Industries and Commerce, conducted a focused site visit to the Neovantage Genome Valley campus during the conference week — affirming the state's continued support for private investment in life science real estate.

The ministerial delegation toured key facilities across the campus, reviewing active R&D units, clean-room laboratory suites, and the shared research services infrastructure that distinguishes Neovantage campuses from conventional commercial real estate assets. Ministry representatives expressed strong interest in expanding the state's collaboration with Neovantage as a platform for attracting multinational pharmaceutical investment.

Senior representatives from leading global pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies — including delegations from Germany, Japan, and the United States — participated in an invitation-only roundtable hosted by Neovantage. Discussions focused on co-location opportunities, R&D campus expansion, and the strategic advantages of Genome Valley as a global life sciences hub.

Miltenyi Innovation & Technology Centre Inauguration

A highlight of the Neovantage presence at BioAsia 2025 was the formal inauguration of the Miltenyi Biotec Innovation & Technology Centre — a purpose-built facility within the Neovantage campus designed specifically to support Miltenyi Biotec's advanced cell and gene therapy research programmes in South Asia.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by senior officials from Miltenyi Biotec's global leadership team, representatives from the Telangana state government, and Neovantage management. The facility marks one of the first dedicated cell therapy research centres within the Genome Valley life science cluster, reinforcing the campus's position as a destination for high-complexity biotech research.

The Miltenyi ITC spans approximately 15,000 sq ft of fully fitted research and office space, equipped with ISO class-compliant cleanrooms, controlled environment cold storage, and access to the shared analytical instrumentation facilities maintained across the Neovantage campus. The centre is designed to scale with Miltenyi Biotec's South Asia pipeline, with fit-out provisions for up to 40,000 sq ft of expansion space within the same campus block.

Speaking at the inauguration, Miltenyi Biotec's Regional Director for Asia Pacific described Genome Valley as "the natural home for advanced biotech in South Asia", citing the quality of existing infrastructure, proximity to a deep talent pool, and the campus operating model as key factors in the site selection process.

“Before working with UAS, our passenger journey was completely fragmented — customers had to juggle multiple apps, stand in queues for services, and our teams were drowning in operational silos. The transformation has been nothing short of remarkable. With a single connected platform, we now have real-time visibility across every touchpoint, from booking to boarding.”

The BioAsia engagement follows Neovantage's strong occupancy performance in FY2024 and the successful completion of the Phase 2 expansion of Knowledge Park, which added 180,000 sq ft of campus space in late 2024. The company has a further 300,000 sq ft under active development, with completion targeted across 2025 and 2026.

Neovantage continues to pursue strategic partnerships with both domestic and international life sciences companies seeking integrated R&D campus environments within one of India's most established life science clusters.
