Built Alongside the Genome Valley Ecosystem

Neovantage Innovation Parks has grown in parallel with Genome Valley's rise from an emerging cluster to a globally recognized life sciences hub. Since 2016, we have steadily expanded our operational footprint, deepening our commitment to delivering world-class infrastructure for the global pharma and biotech industry.

We established Neovantage Innovation Parks through the acquisition of land and buildings from Alexandria REIT, subsequently completing and leasing our inaugural project, Building 900, to Laxai.
We acquired Building 9000 to expand our Genome Valley footprint and started construction of Building 189 as a build-to-suit project for TCI.
We completed and handed over Phase 1 of Building 9000, comprising 53,000 Sq. Ft., to Syngene, and delivered Building 189 to TCI.
We commenced construction on Building 3600, a 180,000 Sq. Ft. multi-tenant facility purpose-built to strengthen biotech and pharma R&D capacity across the cluster.
We launched operations at Building 3600 and initiated construction of Buildings 9900 and 4500 Phase 1, responding to sustained and growing demand from life sciences tenants.
We completed and handed over Building 9900 and Building 4500 Phase 1, adding significant new capacity for leading industry organizations.
We commenced construction of Building 4500 Phase 2 and the Building 3600 Annexe, following the successful delivery of Building 4500 Phase 1, further expanding our ecosystem to meet evolving tenant requirements.
The addition of Nalanda, a 93,000 sq. ft. building, to our portfolio, along with our expansion into other major Indian cities, marked a significant phase of growth.

Shilpi Chowdhary

Chief Executive Officer
Shilpi Chowdhary is the Group CEO of Lighthouse Canton. He drives the firm's vision, strategy, and business direction spanning wealth management, asset management, and advisory and capital solutions, including Life Sciences Real Estate strategy Neovantage Innovation Parks.
He co-founded Lighthouse Canton in 2014 and has built it into a USD 5bn+ AUM (as of 31st October 2025) global investment institution across five regulated jurisdictions, headquartered in Singapore with offices across Dubai, India, and the United Kingdom. He also oversees Keenai, the firm's digital private banking platform.
With over 25 years of experience in cross-border wealth structuring and capital stewardship, Shilpi brings deep expertise across UHNI, family office, and institutional mandates. Before Lighthouse Canton, he was Managing Director at Credit Suisse Private Bank, Singapore, leading UHNW client coverage and the India wealth franchise. Earlier, he spent over six years at Citibank India across Asset-based Financing and Wealth Management.

Sanket Sinha

Managing Director & Global Head of Asset Management
Sanket has led Lighthouse Canton's Global Asset Management business since 2018, building it into a multi-strategy platform. He oversees diverse strategies, directly managing Neovantage Innovation Parks—South Asia’s largest private life sciences infrastructure owner in Hyderabad’s Genome Valley. Drawing on his deep expertise in alternative investments, he has been instrumental in developing a portfolio of purpose-built lab and R&D spaces, serving leading global and domestic pharmaceutical, biotech, and vaccine research tenants.
With over 20 years in investment management, structured credit, and private financing, Sanket previously held senior roles at Edelweiss, X10, and Deutsche Bank. Over the course of his career, he has executed over USD 1.25 billion in private transactions across life sciences, logistics, marine, roads, real estate, and technology.
Sanket holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai, an MBA from IIM Kozhikode, and is a CFA charterholder.

Atul Bhardwaj

Business Head
Atul Bhardwaj is the Business Head at Neovantage Innovation Parks, where he oversees project development and strategic business expansion. Since joining the firm in 2016, he has been instrumental in scaling the company’s portfolio through the identification of marquee tenants and the execution of long-term lease mandates for specialized life sciences infrastructure.
Initially joining the organization as Chief Financial Officer, Atul transitioned into his current leadership role to drive the firm's growth and tenant management strategy. His professional background spans over two decades across project development and the insurance sector, including senior leadership roles as Zonal Head at Tata AIG General Insurance and Chief Manager at IFFCO-Tokio General Insurance Co. Ltd.
Atul holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, and an MBA from University Business School, Punjab University.

M.R. Binuchandran

Head - Operations
M.R. Binuchandran serves as the Head of Operations for Neovantage Innovation Parks, overseeing the operational excellence and day-to-day functioning of the firm's extensive campus assets in Genome Valley. Joining the organization in 2018, he orchestrates the management of high-specification infrastructure projects, ensuring seamless delivery for global R&D and pharmaceutical occupiers.
A decorated former officer and recipient of the President’s Police Medal for Gallantry, Binu brings a distinguished background in intelligence and security from his tenure with the Intelligence Bureau and the Border Security Force (BSF). Prior to Neovantage, he held strategic leadership mandates in business development, logistics, and supply chain management at global institutions including Amazon, Dell, and Flipkart.
Binu holds a Bachelor of Science from Ravishankar University, Raipur, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), Delhi.

M.R. Binuchandran

Head - Operations
M.R. Binuchandran, known as Binu, joined Neovantage Innovation Parks in November 2018 as the Senior Vice President (Operations). He is responsible for managing campus operations at Genome Valley, overseeing day-to-day functioning, and ensuring operational excellence for all projects within the park.
A decorated officer with a President Police Medal for Gallantry award, Binu has a distinguished career in intelligence and security, having worked with the Intelligence Bureau and Border Security Forces (BSF). His transition to the corporate sector saw him taking leadership roles in business development, logistics, and supply chain management across Amazon, Dell, and Flipkart.
Binu holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), Delhi, and a Bachelor of Science from Ravishankar University, Raipur.
